DualShock 4 and PlayStation Camera showcase, The Playroom, will come pre-installed on all PS4 consoles, Sony Computer Entertainment Europe has announced.

The inclusion had been rumoured for several months.

The Playroom has been used by Sony to demonstrate how the PS4's camera can interact with the DualShock 4, the touch-pad and speaker. Demos include a touch and motion controlled version of Pong and augmented reality robots.

The only issue with packing-in The Playroom is that it relies quite heavily on the PlayStation Camera – itself not included as standard with the PS4.

The Playroom is as much for the Dualshock 4 as it is for the new PS Eye, apparently. I guess a bit like that duck game that came out for the PS3 launch.

They didn't mention it looks like they have designed the experience around the 360 interface and made improvements that isn't a bad thing. Home was ultimately a novelty.

Will PS4 still have Home or have they scrapped the whole thing now?

This is just bloatware without the camera.
