Ubisoft has cleared up rumours surrounding the release of Rayman Raving Rabbids.
There have been news articles cropping up reporting that Rayman Raving Rabbids is to be a Wii timed exclusive up until around May 2007. Wanting to set the record straight Ubisoft has made it clear that the game "is not a Wii exclusive." However, the latest Rayman outing is planned to be a Wii launch title - whenever that turns out to be.
It's still not clear whether or not the Wii will get the game first though - Ubisoft PR stating that Rayman Raving Rabbids "is planned for old and next-gen platforms for release in 2006."
We're sure to hear more on this in the coming months.
