PSP firmware 3.00 becomes 3.01

Sony has released firmware version 3.01 to combat some security holes that were discovered in version 3.00.

Sony has only just released firmware version 3.00, the one with PS3 and PSone updates, and now they've gone and released an updated version.

It appears that version 3.00 has some security issues that enabled users to do all manner of stuff Sony doesn't want you doing. To combat this, Sony has released an updated version of the firmware called 3.01.
