PS Vita Remote Play coming to Ico, Shadow of the Colossus and God of War 1 +2

Sony has announced that a handful of PlayStation 3 games will soon be playable on PS Vita through Remote Play. Ico, Shadow of the Colossus, God of War, and God of War 2 will all stream to PS Vita.

Remote play lets a PS Vita access a user's PS3 over a wireless connection, then transmits game content via a video stream to the handheld. Up until now only a small selection of games have used the functionality.

The money question is a valid one, but I also purchased a Vita assuming I'd be able to use it to remote play and am very disappointed that only a couple of my many, many downloaded games have any functionality at all. Also annoying is that you have no idea which ones will work!

But as PB says, it's gotta be good otherwise there'll be moaning about lag and unplayability - so long story short I'm happy to wait, as long as they get working on 'em :)

Particularly interested in the games listed as I'm yet to play the GoWs or either Team Ico game and would love to be able to wander round the house with the Vita (and Florence) and play whenever I get the chance.

I sometimes wonder if there afraid that making to many games compatible with remote play could affect other software sales, eg if virtua tennis 4 was compatible some gamers might not have bothered buying the vita only version, i know that not everyone would think this way but some might.

I guess until they can guarantee a good service that doesnt fall over and is properly content tested they will just try with a few titles and get feedback.

Its about time they started putting some focus on remote play, its a big part of why i picked up a vita
I seen some vids on youtube of red dead being played with remote play so it is possible for us play full ps3 games but for some reason there holding it back!
