Will charge users $14.95 per month.

onlive -

On demand game streaming service, OnLive, will launch in the US on June 17 with users having to pay $14.95 per month to access the content.

$14.95 sounds reasonable for access to whatever games are available, however, this fee doesn't include the cost of renting or purchasing games to play. The subscription is to cover functionality such as "instant-play free game demos; multiplayer across PC, Mac and TV platforms; massive spectating; viewing of Brag Clips video capture and posting; and cloud-saving of games you've purchased."

The pricing of game rentals and purchases hasn't been confirmed.

So 10-12 quid a mth without owning a game ? Sounds expensive .
Unless renting / buying games is inside blockbuster / pc rates & you don't own a next gen console / gaming pc i wouldn't really think thats a good idea.
I understand they wanna recoup the money spent but this could die as quickly as the dreamcast did even with the dev support it has.
