Wii sells 679,000 units, DS 510,000 units and the three biggest selling games are all for Wii.

According to data published by the NPD Group, Nintendo can celebrate once again after a month of great sales for both its Wii and Nintendo DS platforms.
In January Wii sold an impressive 679,200 units and took the top three positions in the video games software chart. Wii Fit moved 777,000 units, Wii Play 415,000 units and Mario Kart Wii 292,000 units. Guitar Hero World Tour on Wii also charted in the Top 10 with 155,000 units sold.
The Nintendo DS sold 510,800 units over the course of the month and also saw some software chart success: New Super Mario Bros. Sold 135,000 units to take eighth place and Mario Kart DS moved 132,000 units to claim ninth.
Microsoft's Xbox 360 continued to win its battle with the PS3, the pair selling 309,000 units and 203,200 units respectively. Valve's Left 4 Dead was the 360's best-selling title of the month, shifting a further 243,000 units. Other chart entries on Xbox 360 included Call of Duty: World at War (235,000) and Skate 2 (199,000).
Elsewhere Sony's PSP sold 172,300 units and the PlayStation 2 managed to move 101,200 units.
