MS already researching Natal 2

Natal, Microsoft's upcoming motion controller for Xbox 360 won't be released until this holiday season, but that doesn't mean the platform holder is going to sit back and allow its competitors to get the drop on it; Microsoft is already thinking of Natal 2.

"when we do invent something first like the Natal kind of scenario, while we have a researcher working with the product group for the first version, we already have a researcher thinking about the second version down the road so we certainly hope we will continue to be holding that technology. I really love what Microsoft is doing," Microsoft's Research Asia department director Hsiao-Wuen Hon told The Sydney Morning Herald.

What like Natal?All the GDC stuff says it does not work yet and that's from devs mouths(via the press .1up and IGN)

if natal was made to last long, they wouldn't be researching natal 2.
but obviously they need zero lag and make it accurate if they want to compete and know natal 1 isnt going to do that.
i really wouldn't be surprised if natal sells at $30 or its bundled for free.

You can't be serious man! How can you talk about the 2nd tech before the 1st? May aswell bloody wait and work on the original and get it right the 1st time. Like eotscott said, may aswell wait.
