LucasArts promises awesome news for old school fans

Announcement to be made today.

Over the weekend the official LucasArts Twitter has been building up hype for an announcement set to take place today, with the promise of "awesome news" for old school LucasArts fans.

"It is awesome news for our old school fans. (Anything more direct might get me in trouble.)" said a Twitter post.

Another twitter confirmed the announcement will not involve a new intellectual property and most recently a Twitter stated.

"Last hint: someone guessed it dead on. With that, I am off to bed. You'll know more in 12 or so hours. You guys are all awesome."
