I love the idea of Netflix much more than the actual content. The concentration on TV series is absolutely brilliant, because sometimes you just want to gorge on an entire run of something. But, the choice of films is less than great, as if someone went to a motorway service station and wrote down the names of DVDs on sale in one of those spinny racks and made sure they were available. Most of what I would ever want to watch is stuff I already own, particularly the classics.

In America, if you are an Amazon Prime member, you get Amazon Instant streaming (Which is Lovefilm) in with the membership. I've written to Amazon about this but hear nothing back.
