The next game from LA Noire writer and director Brendan McNamara is called Whore of the Orient, according to Australian production company KMM.

McNamara, whose studio Team Bondi went under, has signed a deal with KMM, which makes animated movie Happy Feet, the Happy Feet video games and is working on a Mad Max game.

KMM revealed the title of McNamara's project during an interview with Australian Financial Review Magazine. No details beyond the name were given.

According to McNamara, his next game is based on "one of the great untold stories of the twentieth century".

It's thought the game will be set in Shanghai, China.

This could just be a "Blue Harvest" type thing. Alternatively I hope it is something along the lines of this, but I doubt it.
