Killzone 2 dev disagrees with Sony's release date

Tells gamers to take any release dates with a "grain of salt".

Following yesterday's news that Killzone 2 is scheduled for release in the UK in September, the game's developer Guerrilla Games has stated no date has been announced.

"Sorry folks, as before, please take any release dates, or months with a grain of salt," stated Seb Downie, QA Manager. "If we haven't announced it, it is not gospel."

We're still hoping the September release is accurate though.

po3mone	0 0 In response to Article » Go to 's original post yea i think its going to be early 09, they are implementing contact shadows on the engine i remember i read somewhere that they were not going finish doing that.. but i sincerely want them to because epic is doing that technique for their U Engine for gears of war 2 ...
