iPhone 6 preparing to enter production, claims analyst

iPhone 6, complete with a larger screen, is about to enter production with a planned June/July release date, Jefferies analyst Peter Misek has told investors.

The iPhone 6 - one of two new models in testing - will feature a 4.8 inch screen compared to the iPhone 5's 4 inch display, says Misek.

Regarding the second new device, Misek wrote: "Similar to the iPad mini, we expect a concentrated low-cost iPhone rather than a 'cheap' one. Likely specs: polycarbonate case with 4in non-Retina display and no LTE."

If they keep making these screens bigger we will be carrying them round in a briefcase by 2020, never mind your amazing screens your batteries still ain't no Duracell the little pink rabbits laugh at the dwindling battery percentage

It really feels like we're reaching the point where news like this is no longer interesting or exciting, it's just constant, scheduled and trite. There used to be a day when I'd be keen to find out what was happening with the next iPhone to see if it could tempt me away from my run with Android phones.
