Also interested in developing sequels to Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance and Descent.
According to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission Interplay is looking into utilising its portfolio of franchises "through sequels and various development and publishing arrangements". The company intends to revive its in-house development studio using the money gained from the recent sale of the Fallout franchise to Bethesda Softworks.
Projects which Interplay wishes to develop include sequels to Earthworm Jim, Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance, Descent, and MDK - assuming finance for the projects can be raised.
