Google doesn't deny Valve acquisition

Refuses to comment on 'rumour and speculation'.

Following an earlier report, citing strong sources, that Google will shortly complete the acquisition of Valve, the internet giant has refused to rule out the move.

Speaking to MCV, a Google spokesperson said: "We do not comment on rumour and speculation."

It's no confirmation, but Google's lack of a firm denial has further fuelled the rumour.
