The Buzz: The Linked In profile of a Square Enix staffer suggests so.
Back in June 2009, Square Enix announced the development of Final Fantasy XIV during Sony's E3 press conference. The new MMO was later confirmed for PC. It now appears that Xbox 360 gamers will also be able to begin a new adventure in the vast realm of Eorzea.
The Linked In profile of a Square Enix staffer indicates Final Fantasy XIV is coming to PC, PS3 and Xbox 360.
The profile has since been removed, but siliconera.com managed to take a screen grab before it disappeared.
The game's scheduled for release later this year on PS3 and PC.

a) Her CV has the word "Ligthing Lead" as the title instead of "Lighting Lead". Whilst that's an easy transposition typo people generally spell-check or proof read their CVs quite carefully before uploading them.
b) FFXIV uses the Crystal Tools engine (formerly the White Engine) which probably includes code for all seventh generation platforms including 360, PS3, and PC, so it's logical that if the work she was doing was with the engine she'd have had to dabble in the 360 side of things. (Similarly, Mass Effect and Mass Effect 2 both contain PS3 code, simply because they both use the cross-platform Unreal Engine).
And just to get my hopes up again, FFXIV, codenamed Rapture, has been in the works since 2005, and in February 2007 Hiromichi Tanaka (Producer, FFXI) announced that FFXIV was in development for 360 and PC. Again in August 2009 he announced that XBox Live policy was holding up the official announcement of FFXIV for the 360.
Considering that they managed to resolve any policy issues for the cross-platform FFXI (runs on PC, PS2/3 and 360 on the same worldwide servers) I would expect them to do so again for FFXIV.
So, overall, I'm pretty sure there's a fully functioning 360 version of FFXIV out there, it just hasn't been announced yet. What will be interesting to see is if they can manage a worldwide simultaneous release on all 3 platforms, the plus side for a delayed 360 version is that 360 players will arrive in a more varied world in terms of population demographics, so whilst they'll be behind in terms of level/shinies they'll help to drive the lower end of the economy.
