Shipments have exceeded three million in North America and PAL markets.
Square Enix has announced that shipments of Final Fantasy XIII have now exceeded five million units worldwide.
To support the March 9 launch in North America, Europe and other PAL markets, Square Enix has shipped over three million units to these territories. The game has also continued to sell well in Japan following its December 17 launch exclusively on PS3.
Life to date cumulative shipments of the Final Fantasy franchise have now reached 96 million units worldwide.
