Following the closure of Clover Studios, a group of ex-Capcom designers have formed a new development studio.
Going by the name Seeds, the new studio has been set up by former Capcom designers Shinji Mikami, Hideki Kamiya and Atsushi Inaba. Together they have worked on games such as Resident Evil, Okami, Devil May Cry, Viewtiful Joe and God Hand.
Wired Game blog, Game Life, translated the studio's introductory message found over on its website. After outlining the pedigree of the people on board, the message reveals that the new studio is looking to hire staff. "... we need many, many more seeds," reads the message.
"... we are currently searching far and wide for people who want to work alongside us. For people who want to build their future. People who are currently making games elsewhere," the message states. "Would you like to make some "preposterously amazing" games with us?"
There's no information at this time as to whether or not Seeds will create games for Capcom, or for that matter what games are currently in development.
