However, the game's development is progressing "seriously nicely".
3D Realms' Scott Miller has told Next-Gen that development of Duke Nukem Forever is "swimming along nicely. Seriously nicely" but the game won't be making an appearance at E3 in July.
Duke Dukem Forever is still without a release date, with 3D Realms stating it will be released when it's ready. We won't be getting an update at E3 either, with Miller telling Next-Gen that 3D Realms views the industry event as "irrelevant nowadays" and admits that he "wasn't even aware it was coming up".
