Recent Xbox exclusivity set to end.

According to a report in the latest issue of Official PlayStation Magazine, Tecmo's latest entry in the Dead or Alive fighting franchise will be heading to PS3 and Xbox 360.

In recent years the Dead or Alive fighting and volleyball titles have been Xbox 360 exclusives, as have Team Ninja's Ninja Gaiden series, but with franchise creator and Xbox 360 fan Tomonobu Itagaki having left the building the future appears wide open.

"Tecmo's next big-bosomed fighter, Dead Or Alive 5, is in production for PS3," claims the magazine (reported by CVG

The last Dead or Alive fighting game to make its way to stores was Dead or Alive 4 at the launch of the Xbox 360 back in 2005/2006.

I think this was a natural step as was Tekken coming to 360. 3rd party companies have the opportunity to sell to 2 mass markets why would they neglect another?
