Crysis 3 still not coming to Wii U

"We are not currently working on a Wii-U version."

Crytek has spoken out to end the rumours that Crysis 3 might be coming to Wii U.

"Just to answer the speculation, we are not currently working on a Wii U version of #Crysis3" said Crytek general manager Nick Button-Brown, posting on Twitter.

Naturally, "not currently" doesn't mean "never", but it certainly seems that a Wii U version is off the cards for now.

Rumours have persisted that Prophet might be showing up on Nintendo's new machine, despite Crytek's repeated assertions to the contrary.

That's surprising they could do some great stuff using tablet controller as a radar/map and heat vision.
