Bundle in the C64 Emulator and some classic games.
They really need to provide a good programming reference book and sample programs like we got with the original C64, something to make the brand stand out and spawn a new generation of developer that learned from the book that came with their computer. Oh and bundle in an IDE of some kind, Eclipse is pretty nice and free :)

Which was a pretty neat idea for playing the games of the day, or just doing a bit of MS Works typing in VGA rez on your TV set without buying a whole PC. Too bad no-one told them that a standard 486 laptop did about the same thing, faster, with a built-in SVGA screen, and cost about the same ..... Unfortunately I can't see this time out being any different.
If they made something about the size of the 12" laptop I'm typing this on, though, with a detachable screen (with built in VGA/TV/HDMI outputs) and the ability for the keyboard to then ramp up like a classic machine... and the ability to boot off a games CD (or floppies via a USB hookup) much as a regular console or old skool PC/C64/Amiga/ST, with it detecting the insertion of such and allowing you to choose what classic system to emulate and boot it with... That would be something :D
Hand-luggable, ROM-booting computers with built-in keyboards FTW .... but these days, we have laptops that do just as well, and more - the logical evolution of such, even.
