He was parodying a member that was banned a few days ago for saying things exactly like that. I'm sure that doesn't reflect his actual opinion.

I think the xbox 360 is junk and only sells well because of marketing and advertising - the same as a Halo which is nothing more than an average game at best and you're all stupid c***s for buying this and supporting an evil corporation like Microsoft - they will enslave your children and destroy the world as we know it.

I really miss Doomed/Unknown Soul :)

Well to be fair MS have just brought out 2 new models.

I'd be intrested to see how the boost in sales thanks to Reach competes against the launch of Reach

I think the Slim appeals to a lot of people and there will obviously be those who sell their current 360 for what promises to be a much better quality model (I know I did!).

I think Microsoft have priced it just right as well, though they make up for that with their peripheral prices. Sony need to find a way to further lower the PS3 price point and get their PS3 line up sorted out. More decent advertising would help Sony too. Their Move adverts are starting now and they need to capture the attention of the press and the public and get Move in all the newspapers (for the right reasons) to be successful.

It used to be Sony who knew the way to get the Press and Media on their side (and therefore the public opinion) now it seems to be Nintendo, followed by Microsoft.

Move won't have any impact on PS3 sales....if anything maybe 50,000 - it doesn't stand out from the Wii with the exception of it being more precise.

On the other hand Microsoft has momentum going into the launch of Kinect, like it or not (launch software) it has mass appeal written all over it.
