I'd be intrested to see how the boost in sales thanks to Reach competes against the launch of Reach

I think Microsoft have priced it just right as well, though they make up for that with their peripheral prices. Sony need to find a way to further lower the PS3 price point and get their PS3 line up sorted out. More decent advertising would help Sony too. Their Move adverts are starting now and they need to capture the attention of the press and the public and get Move in all the newspapers (for the right reasons) to be successful.
It used to be Sony who knew the way to get the Press and Media on their side (and therefore the public opinion) now it seems to be Nintendo, followed by Microsoft.

On the other hand Microsoft has momentum going into the launch of Kinect, like it or not (launch software) it has mass appeal written all over it.
