Australian and Korean classification boards reveal arcade shooter.

According to listings on the Australian and Korean classification boards, SEGA's After Burner Climax is to be released on multiple platforms at some point in the future.

The Australian listing is for multiple platforms, while the Korean listing was submitted by Sony Computer Entertainment. Given the game's arcade roots, it's thought After Burner will end up as a downloadable game on PSN and Xbox LIVE Arcade, in the same way Outrun and Virtual On were given the digital treatment.

After Burner Climax was released in 2006 on the SEGA Lindbergh arcade platform.

Afterburner Climax? Isn't that just the description of the fanboy action when they hear about it coming to downloads?
