Announcement expected 'soon'.

Activision is expected to announce it has secured the rights to the NASCAR video game license, with a new game coming to PS3, Xbox 360 and Wii.

Earlier this week a website was spotted featuring logos for the game, Eutechnyx and Activision.

Eutechnyx developer Dave Thompson revealed on Twitter than "an announcement is being made soon about our plans".

Now you are talking! I won some competition in Cardiff Game (Think it was a launch event) when I was younger for lasting longest on the bowl on DD2 got a bag and a poster lol. Not even a copy of the game.

EA blew off the licence becus their games were graphically poor and were twitchy on the controls . Activision may do a bit better but like WRC the Nascar brand is in GT5 so why would anyone waste money on these inferior licensed games when you can have it all in one.
