But 2K Games' BioShock claims Best Game.
Last night saw the who's who of video gaming come together for the British Academy Video Games Awards, which saw several titles leave with multiple awards, notably Wii Sports, God of War 2 and Okami.
It was 2K Boston/2K Australia's BioShock which took Best Game though, beating Crysis, Gears of War, Guitar Hero II, Kane & lynch and Wii Sports. Given the praise lavished on the title earlier this year, BioShock was a hot favourite and it's hard to argue it wasn't deserved.
Crackdown picked up the Use of Audio and Action Adventure awards, once again proving the game was much more than a way to guarantee entry to the Halo 3 beta.
Capcom's Okami took home awards for Artistic Achievement and Original Score, God of War 2 took the Story and Character and Technical Achievement gongs and the The PC World Gamers' Award went to SEGA and Sports Interactive's Football Manager 2007.
It was Nintendo with its Wii pack-in Wii Sports that went home with the fullest pockets, netting six BAFTAs: Casual, Gameplay, Innovation, Multiplayer, Sports and Strategy & Simulation.
