For the week beginning February 12 it is once again Gears of War which reigns supreme as the most played Xbox Live game.

Based on the global unique users connected to Xbox Live, Gears of War is the most played game and continues to be more popular than Halo 2. After Gears comes Rainbow Six: Vegas, Call of Duty 3, the Def Jam: Icon demo and the Crackdown demo.

Demos proved to be a popular activity for Xbox Live gamers last week, with NBA Street Homecourt demo (No.8) and Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter 2 demo (No.10) also proving popular.

Paperboy tops the Xbox Live Arcade chart ahead of Root Beer Tapper, UNO, Heavy Weapon and Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3.
