August 23, 2007 will be the first time players get to try out the latest in the Pro Evolution Soccer franchise.
Konami's stand at Games Convention in Leipzig will be home to a playable version of PES 2008 for PlayStation 3, the first time the general games playing public will be able to get their hands on the title. Visitors of Games Convention will also have the opportunity to play the game on PC, Xbox 360 and more.
In addition to PES 2008, Konami will be showcasing dozens of other titles including Castlevania: The Dracula X Chronicles and Silent Hill Origins for PSP.
Games Convention opens its doors to the general public on August 23, 2007, with press able to gain access one day earlier on August 22. For those unable to attend, Pro-G will be there in force to report on all the best games and breaking news.
