Activision's acclaimed FPS set for May, Spore when it's finished.
It's been announced that the critically acclaimed and multi-million selling Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare is to be released for Mac in May 2008. The port is to be handled by Aspyr Media, who is also working on bringing Quake Wars and Neverwinter Nights 2 to the Mac.
The transition to Mac for EA's Spore is in the hands of TransGaming Technologies who has a history of brining EA titles to the platform, notably Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, Need for Speed Carbon, Command & Conquer 3 and Battlefield 2142.
There's still no firm release for Spore on PC, as such the Mac version doesn't have a date, although it's planned for release simultaneously with the PC version.
