Beautiful Katamari rolls into Europe in February

First next-gen instalment in this quirky series out soon for Xbox 360.

Atari has announced that Beautiful Katamari, the latest instalment in the acclaimed series, is to be released across Europe for Xbox 360 in February.

This all-new Xbox 360 title will feature high-definition visuals, an original soundtrack, all-new online multiplayer features and more.

The game sees the Prince and his cousins take on a new rolling adventure to save the Katamari universe after the King of All Cosmos has a very unfortunate accident. The Prince must roll-up anything and everything into massive clumps to bring harmony to the Katamari cosmos.

Multiplayer options include co-op and battle modes offline, and an online mode over Xbox LIVE where up to four players can battle to roll-up the biggest lump of junk. There's also multiple leaderboards tracking worldwide statistics and you can expect a range of wacky downloadable content to be available on Xbox LIVE Marketplace.
