Will be getting a completely different treatment to GRID and DiRT.

Formula 1 fans have breathed a sigh of relief following confirmation from Codemasters that the developer's upcoming F1 video game would be a simulation.
Concern had been raised over on the Cosemasters forum that the F1 license would be used to create a more 'arcade' style racing experience, similar to that seen with Colin McRae DiRT and Race Driver GRID. This concern has, however, been put to rest by Grid executive producer Gavin Raeburn.
"Right, I haven't read every post in this thread, but I get the gist and just to stop you all from panicking too much... GRID and DiRT are aimed at an arcade audience and they do that very well. F1 has different requirements and will get a completely different treatment from our in-house team, including full on sim options, physics, rules and regs etc.," explained Raeburn.
This doesn't mean the game will alienate fans of the arcade racer, with Raeburn also confirming that the F1 game will have arcade elements.
"We will also have arcade requirements catered for as well. How this will be split we do not know yet, but split it will be," he concluded.

Now if only CM would buy up the rights to MotoGP. That would be incredible! There hasn't been a descent motorcycle sim since Tourist Trophy and every MotoGP game that's been put out seriously stinks. Please CodeMasters, do us all a favor, make MotoGP,"The Real Riding Simulator" and blow us all away. If anybody can do it you can. There's tons of motorcycle racing fans here in the US just screaming for an awesome motorcycle sim. You'd make a ton of money....so get to work! Chop Chop!
