Team-based zombie shooter given more time to ensure the final product is great.
Valve's Chet Faliszek has revealed to Eurogamer that the original cooperative zombie survival title, Left 4 Dead, is now set to ship early in 2008. The extra development time will be used to ensure "that when it's released it's great".
Left 4 Dead will see teams of four humans battling for survival against an onslaught of brain-hungry living dead. The game has the potential to be an all-time classic cooperative experience when it's released for PC and Xbox 360 next year.
