Halo 3 crowned VideoGamer.com's game of 2007, but it was a close run thing.

What a year it was. 2007 was an amazing year to be a gamer, with a three new consoles on the market, each finally building a software library strong enough to prise last generation gamers away from their PlayStation 2s, Xboxes and erm... GameCubes.

With such a strong line-up of titles to choose from picking one which outshone all others was a tough decision, but one we eventually made. Tired of the usual text-heavy Game of the Year features, VideoGamer.com has put together a Top 10 Game of the Year video feature which we hope viewers will enjoy.

It runs a little shy of 30-minutes so why not grab some refreshments, sit back and after the half-hour is up hit the forums to moan about why Super Mario Galaxy deserved to be No.1.
