Zen Bound sales approach 100k

Price cut in place for the next week.

iPhone publisher Chillingo and Finnish development studio Secret Exit has announced that Zen Bound sales will reach the 100,000 mark any day now in the App Store.

Zen Bound was recently crowned the double finalist for “Best iPhone Game” and “Audio Achievement” at the Independent Games Festival (IGF) Mobile 2009 Awards. It also scooped the ‘Excellence in 3D’ award at the International Mobile Gaming Awards.

In celebration of the imminent milestone and the recent awards, Chillingo will cut the price of the game to $2.99 from May 8 to May 15. The game now also includes additional content, Tree of Nostalgia. This is divided into four thematic groups: Childhood, Old Days (1920s or so), 50s Sci-Fi and Retro Gaming.
