Namco Bandai Games is readying a new entry in the hugely successful Ridge Racer franchise, with Ridge Racer: Accelerated expected to be released later this month.

But on which platform is the new game coming? In recent years we've seen Ridge Racer appearing on a host of consoles and handhelds, but until now, never the iPhone.

Details are scarce right now, but you'll find a couple of trailers over on Famitsu.com

Oh boy, how crap is this version. Controls are the worst I have seen on an I-phone game and the frame rate is gahhhhh! Avoid at all costs.
