Draw Something running out of ink

Drawing game loses over a quarter of its user base in one month.

iOS and Android drawing app, Draw Something, which had been dominating the download charts, is showing big signs of decline. The game has fallen from approximately 14.3 million active users on April 2 to 10.4 million users on May 2.

Developer OMGPOP was acquired by social gaming giant Zynga in March for around $210 million, at which point the game seemed unstoppable - in April Zynga announced that Draw Something had been downloaded 50 million times.
