Midway Games has announced that its Happy Feet video game has sold more than 1.8 million units worldwide.

The computer animated blockbuster proved a worldwide success at cinemas, raking in a reported $326 million, and thanks to this success the game has achieved sales of more than 1.8 million units worldwide.
Happy Feet is available for the PlayStation 2, Wii, GameCube, DS, Game Boy Advance and PC.

It is amazing that the success of a film can push a game so well. This works vice versa too! A popular game can push cinema sales to see this all you have to do is look at Dead Or Alive! People flocked to see the scantly cald women (main reason to watch) and guys fight it out! This is more than likely due to the popularity of the games! Amazing!
