GameCube Twilight Princess hits the UK in mid-December

Nintendo UK has confirmed that The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess will still be released on the GameCube in the UK.

Last week, amidst the flurry of Wii information, it was revealed that The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess was to debut on the Wii, with the GameCube version pushed back until December 11. This information was given in reference to the North American release, and news of the game's European arrival on the GameCube was nowhere to be seen.

The good news is that Nintendo UK has now confirmed that Twilight Princess is still coming to the GameCube. The game should find its way to retail in mid-December at some point following the launch of the Wii on December 8.
