Ubisoft has launched the official website for King Kong the videogame.

The release of the official game based on what is sure to be this Winter's biggest movie is getting ever closer, and to help aid its promotion Ubisoft has launched an official website. It has all the usual gubbins we have come to expect from official game websites: Fancy animations and sound, screenshots, a demo download, videos, news and forums. There is even a dynamic screensaver, a fansite kit and some in-game music downloads.

Peter Jackson's King Kong The Official Game of the Movie is scheduled for a European release on November 17 for PlayStation 2, Xbox, GameCube, PC and GBA. The Xbox 360 version is slated to go gold in the first week of November (now then), ready for an early December release, and PSP and DS versions of the game will launch soon after that.
