The VideoGamer.com Podcast: Episode 33
Show notes from Episode 33.
It's that time of the year again, yes correct, it's PANCAKE DAY... or at least it was yesterday. So how many pancakes did you lot have? Everybody knows that a person's enjoyment of Shrove Tuesday is measured on the sheer quantity of batter consumed! Anyone who did not or could not apply themselves to a minimum of 18 pancakes within the designated 24 hours of consumption is now banned from the VideoGamer.com website; you obviously couldn't be bothered to eat pancakes, who's to say you'll be able to manage a review!
We're just kidding around of course. It's episode 33 and on today's show you'll find Editor Tom Orry, Deputy & Features Editor Neon Kelly and Video Producer Tom Pearson.
Stuff discussed on this week's show:
- 00.05.42 The UK video game charts are in and UFC Undisputed 3 has managed to take the top spot. But, while this may seem an accomplishment, the stats tell a different story.
- 00.11.23 We mention Valve and Schafer's views on hardware and the warnings that XBLA should take note of for a successful future.
- 00.21.41 Is backwards compatibility an important issue to you? If it is, then you'll want to know Sony has no plans to port PS2 games to the vita as of right now.
- 00.29.30 We've heard it before and here it is again. Games are linked to X. In this case the X being marital dissatisfaction. Luckily our users are fairly spot on with their comments.
- 00.32.03.31 EA have finally got around to adding their space department at their HQ in Guildford. Their first excursion is to send Mass Effect 3 into space.
- 00.35.49 Mr Orry discusses what makes MotorStorm RC on the PS Vita a great launch downloadable.
- 00.48.22 Neon and Pearson swap notes on rocket science as they attempt to build bigger and more badass vessels in Kerbal Space Program. Neon unfortunately has no concept of symmetry and is having little to no luck with his spiral boom sticks.
- 00.59.16 We finish with Your Questions Answered.
You can ask questions on the forum, by tweeting @VideoGamerCom, or by posting on our Facebook.
