Game Information

Far Cry 2 throws players into an open-world African setting, tasking them with hunting down a man known as the Jackal. As well as contending with the warring locales you'll have to overcome forest fires and disease. Thankfully you're not alone on your quest, with numerous NPCs appearing throughout the game to offer support. The buddy system provides you with a helping hand just when you need it most and provides you with alternative ways to complete mission objectives.

As well as a full single-player campaign Far Cry 2 includes online multiplayer support for up to sixteen players and a feature-rich map editor.
