Welcome to Heads-up, our weekly feature which gives you an at-a-glance run-down on the games you'll be able to buy or rent this weekend. Every Monday we'll pick out the best of the bunch, link to our reviews and previews and keep you in the video game loop so you have enough time to pre-order for Friday's post. Time to splash the cash.

We can't say too much about Bulletstorm until our review goes live tomorrow afternoon, but we're recommending it, which should tell you quite a bit. Has the combination of score-based FPS action and crude humour done the job? Read Jamin's thoughts tomorrow. Definitely worth a look is the cute and ever so fun Kirby's Epic Yarn. Having been released in the US months ago, you'd be forgiven for thinking this had been and gone, but it finally gets a UK release this week. It'll be easy for hardcore gamers, but still a fun experience.

Bulletstorm - Xbox 360, PS3 and PC
Kirby's Epic Yarn - Wii

Worth a look

We've yet to properly play Killzone 3 online, with our review purely based on the single-player campaign. As it stands we reckon Killzone 3 is a pretty but fairly generic shooter, but the multiplayer could make all the difference. deBlob 2 is the sequel to the reasonably successful Wii platformer, but this time also arrives on PS3 and Xbox 360. We're not jumping up and down with excitement over it, but it's certainly a fun platforming adventure game.

Killzone 3 - PS3
de Blob 2: Underground - Xbox 360, PS3, Wii and DS

And the rest...

Rango - Xbox 360, PS3, Wii, DS
Two Worlds II - Xbox 360, PS3 and PC
Atari Greatest Hits - DS
eXperience 112 - PC
Dreamcast Collection - Xbox 360 and PC
Haunted House - Wii
Gray Matter - Xbox 360 and PC
Surgery Simulator - PC
Tactics Ogre - PSP
Hollywood Files: Deadly Intrigues - DS
Knights Contract - Xbox 360 and PS3

New stuff to check out

For fans of the original Two Worlds in the UK, Two Worlds II is probably the most highly anticipated title this year. Only a few days to go till we can go online and get blasted to smithereens by everyone else in Europe who've had it for months.
