Who comes out on top in this week's DLC round-up?

The console war is fought everywhere these days, but the internet seems to be where people are most vocal. It also serves to give each console its own set of downloadable content, fuelling the war even more. Each week we'll give you a run-down of what's available to download on the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and Wii, and declare a winner.

Note: This round-up is based on UK releases to each console's online service and does not include premium video content. Releases outside of the UK could vary.

PlayStation 3 - PSN

It's new demos and add-on content which steal the show this week on PSN. No fewer than four demos are ready to download, including the highly anticipated Brütal Legend sampler and a chance to try out EA's latest effort in the Need for Speed franchise. Following the release of Broken Steel last week, the Fallout 3 add-on content continues to come thick and fast with the release of Operation Anchorage and The Pitt. The week's only new game release is the disappointing TMNT: Turtles in Time Re-shelled. The Watchmen costume pack for LittleBigPlanet is also pretty cool, but a little pricey for what it is.

A solid week is rounded off with plenty of new tunes for Guitar Hero 5, Rock Band and SingStar.

I know Microsoft and Sony should be ashamed of charging for themse, obviously i can understand the dynamic themes. But in another way, some has to create them.

Well you can understand charging for themes that are dynamic. Standard £1.19 i think.

I still don't get it. The DLC royal rumble take it week by week?

What still remains is the PS3 just got two bits of DLC for one of the Games of the year, So it was already on Xbox? did it come out this week though?

Oh well, no surprise
