DLC Royal Rumble - PS3 vs Xbox 360 vs Wii

Who comes out on top in this week's DLC round-up?

The console war is fought everywhere these days, but the internet seems to be where people are most vocal. It also serves to give each console its own set of downloadable content, fuelling the war even more. Each week we'll give you a run-down of what's available to download on the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and Wii, and declare a winner.

Note: This round-up is based on UK releases to each console's online service and does not include premium video content. Releases outside of the UK could vary.

PlayStation 3 - PSN

There are full games, demos, and plenty of add-ons on the PlayStation Network this week, so there should be something for just about everyone. We're not huge fans of Smash Cars, but Battle Tanks will be of interest to fans of the Atari 2600 classic Combat. It's a simple game, but offers good multiplayer fun. If you're after your fun for free then demos for NHL 10 and F.E.A.R. 2: Reborn might be more up your street. Both give you a chance to try the respective games before their release.

On the DLC front there's new content for Fight Night Round 4, a play as Joker add-on for Batman: Arkham Asylum, numerous packs for PSN game Crash Commando, a multiplayer map pack for Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, a brand new mission for Star Wars: The Force Unleashed, Wolf Creek for Tiger Woods PGA Tour 10, a sticker pack for LittleBigPlanet and more. There's also a selection of new tracks for Rock Band.
