Who comes out on top in this week's DLC round-up?

The console war is fought everywhere these days, but the internet seems to be where people are most vocal. It also serves to give each console its own set of downloadable content, fuelling the war even more. Each week we'll give you a run-down of what's available to download on the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and Wii, and declare a winner.

Note: This round-up is based on UK releases to each console's online service and does not include premium video content. Releases outside of the UK could vary.

PlayStation 3 - PSN

There's one quite glaring omission in the PSN line-up this week: Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix. While US PS3 users can play it and worldwide Xbox 360 owners can play it, European PS3 owners can't. You could of course create an account to access the US store, but it's hassle you shouldn't have to go through. In its place is Capcom's Age of Booty, a game that arrived on Xbox LIVE Arcade weeks ago. It's not a bad strategy game, but it's simply not up to SSFIITHDR's standard. You do at least get to sample the game through a free demo, so you can make up your own mind whether to buy or not.

Also on the store this week are demos for Dead Space and PSN exclusive GTI Club+. The Dead Space demo isn't the best we've ever played and doesn't sell the game as well as we'd like, but the GTI Club+ demo gives you a decent taste of what to expect when the game hits PSN next month. The store also has PSOne game Syndicate Wars, add-ons for Far Cry 2, G1 Jockey 2008 and LittleBigPlanet, as well as tracks for Guitar Hero World Tour and Rock Band.

So does that mean the PS3 is down to automatically win when Street Fighter is available on PSN? Not sure if one game alone can make the difference when there is loads of other content to download.

And, yes, I agree that the Wii downloads aren't really accurate.
