Who comes out on top in this week's DLC round-up?

The console war is fought everywhere these days, but the internet seems to be where people are most vocal. It also serves to give each console its own set of downloadable content, fuelling the war even more. Each week we'll give you a run-down of what's available to download on the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and Wii, and declare a winner.

Note: This round-up is based on UK releases to each console's online service and does not include premium video content. Releases outside of the UK could vary.

PlayStation 3 - PSN

Two demos, two PSOne titles, add-ons for Rock Band, Guitar Hero: World Tour and LittleBigPlanet and plenty of videos makes this one of the stronger PSN updates of recent memory. Pick of the bunch is the demo for PS3 exclusive Metal Gear Solid 4, with Konami finally giving unsure gamers a taste of the game. The much improved Alone in the Dark is also available to try, with Atari hoping the changes to the camera and inventory system will be enough to tempt PS3 gamers.

Elsewhere, PSOne games Theme Park and Spin Jam offer some decent gaming, with Theme Park being essential if you've never had the chance to play the classic management sim. Spin Jam isn't quite as well regarded, but puzzle fans might enjoy what is a fairly unique game. New LittleBigPlanet content tops the add-on content, although if you're not keen on new costumes the many new tracks for Rock Band and Guitar Hero: World Tour might be better value.
