Who comes out on top in this week's DLC round-up?

The console war is fought everywhere these days, but the internet seems to be where people are most vocal. It also serves to give each console its own set of downloadable content, fuelling the war even more. Each week we'll give you a run-down of what's available to download on the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and Wii, and declare a winner.

Note: This round-up is based on UK releases to each console's online service and does not include premium video content. Releases outside of the UK could vary.

PlayStation 3 - PSN

It's another very solid effort for PS3, with highlights in the form of PSN game Greed Corp, God of War III and Darksiders demos, FIFA Ultimate Team, Borderlands: The Secret Armory of General Knoxx and a free episode in the Blue Toad Murder Files (you'll need to have picked up either of the previous episodes to qualify for the freebie).

Elsewhere you've got an ample selection of new tracks for Guitar Hero and Rock Band, a new batch of new and old tunes for SingStar and a couple of new themes.

GOW 3 demo alone wipes the floor with what the 360 had.... PS3 should have won this week.

Naaah, Greed Corp and even Lazy Raiders, are more fun titles. ;) It's all a matter of preference, and I can't see why the fuss about GoW3 is so high, in all honesty. Can anyone explain why it is such a big deal? How is it groundbreaking? Is it just the pretty graphics and a familiar play-style that builds on an already explored mythos? Is it because it is an exlusive franchise, which will always flavour some tastebuds?

Yeah it is, as is the Darksiders demo on Xbox 360. The conclusion points to the fact that the PS3 has two good free demos (360 has one), while the Xbox 360 has two good downloadable games (PS3 has one).
