DLC Royal Rumble - PS3 vs Xbox 360 vs Wii

Who comes out on top in this week's DLC round-up?

The console war is fought everywhere these days, but the internet seems to be where people are most vocal. It also serves to give each console its own set of downloadable content, fuelling the war even more. Each week we'll give you a run-down of what's available to download on the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and Wii, and declare a winner.

Note: This round-up is based on UK releases to each console's online service and does not include premium video content. Releases outside of the UK could vary.

PlayStation 3 - PSN

The highlight of the week on PSN is addictive bouncing ball puzzler Peggle. Don't be put off by its simple visuals; at £6.29 we feel it's a must buy for all PS3 gamers yet to pick up the game on another platform. However, you might find yourself in a bit of a pegdicament (yes, I went there): Capcom's cut the price of its 2D brawlers Marvel vs. Capcom 2 and Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD to only £5.49, under half their original price. These prices are good until March 4.

If none of that appeals then how about expansions for Assassin's Creed II, Resident Evil 5 and Star Wars: The Force Unleashed? There's also plenty of free content with three new demos, the best of which being a sample of SEGA's PS3 exclusive Yakuza 3.
