There are three 9/10 rated games hitting stores this week, and chances are that you'll be interested in at least one. Gran Turismo arrives on Sony's handheld after what has been an agonising wait, although it's chosen a good time, given that it's launching alongside the new PSPgo. It might lack a proper career mode, but it's still the best driving game available on the PSP. Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2 is essentially a reworked version of the original Xbox 360 game, but with new characters to play as and entirely new levels it's the best version to date and a must buy for hack 'n' slash fans. Finally there's FIFA 10. The series needs no introduction and chances are you've already got your pre-order in if you're interested. We reckon it's the best version of FIFA ever and an essential purchase for football fans.

Also worth a look
Space Invaders Extreme was superb, taking the classic retro arcade game's formula and dragging it into the modern era. The sequel is more of the same, but that's no bad thing. Younger gamers are likely to be eyeing up the video game of Disney Pixar's animated movie Up. It's out on just about every platform going and should clean up in the charts as soon as the movie hits cinemas.
