I started playing the game on my PS3 and I saw nothing that qualified as being blurry first of all. Everything was quite clear so I don't know where you get by calling the PS3's version blurry. Clearly games are being made to run at the minimum available power. If GTA IV were designed to run at PS3's full power, the 360 would not be able to keep up(i.e. blue ray). Sony is more powerful in many other ways too, but you can make more $$$ on two consoles than you can on one. Would you be willing to pay more for higher quality PS3 exclusives? Should 360 fans be left out of the best games? Better or worse, this game was made for Microsoft. If sony had put up the $$$$$$$ it would have been a one console game, and most likely still be in development. Reply

Also, the lack of pop in and virtually no load times is not as undewhelming/insignificant as you state. Maybe your video capture or your tv is busted. Get it fixed and then re-write this article. G-Man	0 0 In response to Article » Go to 's original post actually qwerty is wrong the 360 can upscale all games to 1080p but the PS3 can not. 360 version is native 720p for a resolution of 1280×720 which can be upscaled where as the PS3 is displaying this game at a sad 630p for a 1120×630 resolution. the only slight advantage i see the PS3 has is the bit quicker load times due to the hard-drive install. I'll take 360's higher resolution and achievements any day over a few seconds of load time. Reply

Besides untrustworthy game sites that state facts they dont know.. where do most of you pull this crap from? It doesnt make you look credible at all. Though having played both versions, Im a bit amazed that people cant simply base it on facts. The PS3 version runs smoother for me and looks much better. Secondly im not sure why everyone is so hyped on upscaling. Upscaling is not going to increase the quality of your picture.. but instead you lose a bit of image quality... Its the same application when resizing an image above its intended resolution. These games DO NOT RUN IN 1080 NATIVELY. They are all upscaled. 720p is the native. Do some research and stop defending systems you know nothing about apparently. Reply

Having played the game for a substancial amount of time on both consoles Its plain to see that the Playstation 3 has the better graphics by far everything about the playstation version is better it looks like on this article youve purposly made the ps3 version look worse it looks blurry and not as bright or vibrant on here but at home its almost twice as good picture I am using the same HDMI cable for my 360 and Ps3 So if anyone wants to know the truth the playstaion has the better version sorry fanboys Reply

The 360 DOES support 1080p, and has done so for a very long time.. it required a tiny update to the console through an internet connection and this is, by the way, on all versions of the console too... Please find out the facts before mistaking your opinion for fact. Reply
