I have played the game side by side on my buddies elite and my PS3 and the game's differences are negligible, but the pop-in is awful on the 360 and they both 'look' sharp. Check the settings to make sure they are both exact on the tv, game and system or you will come with flawed results which im sure is what you did wrong, ass Reply

What?	0 0 In response to Article » Go to 's original post @ Dustin, you comment is just plain wrong, for a start if the PS3 could not upscale it would be ILLEGAL for the PS3 box to state on the back it outputs 720p, 1080i and 1080p. As an owner of a 1080p TV and PS3 I can confirm it does indeed output at Full HD, so stop talking shit. Also I love how some random kid on some obscure internet forum zooms in on a screen shot and counts a section of pixels and multiplies that to get to a figure, and suddenly it is taken as gospel by the 360 fanboys! Show me the confirmation from R* (i.e. a credible source) and I might believe it. There are also numerous counter arguments to this theory, and also in general complete confusion on what resolution means (and how you cannot understand it from counting dots on a screenshot). Bottom line - the PS3 outputs a 1080p signal to my 1080p TV - as confirmed by my TV, not some random stranger in an internet chat room. Reply

I agree	0 0 In response to Article » Go to 's original post the xbox 360 is more washed out and if u watch the video there is litte bit more deatail but not much but i do see the yellow in the ps3 version there is berely a difference it doesnt matter wat system u get it on. this is NOT a ps3 fan boy watch the vid and look ata the screenshots. overal the ps3 looks better but i have no idea about the sound or gameply im just talkin about the graphic the 360 does have really good shadowing. the article is very negative about the ps3 it doesnt say anything nice about the ps3. SpeedKills	0 0 In response to Article » Go to 's original post It's interesting how you never mention load times in your review, I'm guessing it comes out in the PS3's favour so you don't mention it, I'm sure it would have had it's own section if it was quicker on the 360. I've heard cut scenes/missions load slower on the 360 compared to the PS3 thanks to the small 5 minute install. Why not test this? Personally I would prefer a 5 minute install to remove/cut down loads, because of the size of GTA you end up getting a lot of load screens on the PS2 versions... Reply

My 360 elite plays in 1080p quite easily thanks and my old premium did so via a vga cable with no problems either. I think some of you guys want to get your fact straight. its only the compnent HD cable that provides 1080i resoloution on 360 and not full1080p. I find the Fanboys discrediting of this article as laughable i mean the major development for this game has always been for 360. No wonder it looks slightly better especially with the retarded coding methods for the PS3. Its like assassins creed all over again thought as of a Playstation game but when it came out better on the 360. You did get a better Burnout Paradise City on PS3 though so be happy about that.. cell	0 0 In response to Article » Go to 's original post I know exactly what you guys did, you went to the options menu, went to video settings and maximized the contrast settings and brightness settings on your sh**360, and then went to the PS3 version took off all the contrast, reduced the brightness, and tested the game at a different weather condition. Is this how low you have to go to help Microsoft, holy crap. Tell you what Mr. Technical comparisons "guy". Test the PS3 version on 1080p, play it on a 7.1 audio system, import yourself a DualShock 3, and watch the DIFFERENCE!!! Reply

One R* employee says he prefers PS3 because it is 'warmer' (and the Sboys are riding that one to town). Hmmm - maybe R* decided to apease sboys by talking up how great 'cinematic' washed-out colors are (eg look how nice the Emperors new clothes are!). Having taken that shot, i think we can all agree that we will all have a blast playing this game (xboxers having $50 Million worth more fun of course!). Reply
